Free OSS cold email bulk sender and management

Have you ever had to send cold emails for a side project?

As an engineer, I've always struggled to keep track of cold mailing lists for my side projects.

I could find contacts and save them in a sheet. The part I hated and struggled with was bulk emailing and keeping track of who I already emailed, adding notes, etc.

There's just wasn't any intuitive and simple solution I could find for this that I liked. Especially, if you want to connect you own custom domain email over SMTP.

I just wanted something simple that let me connect my own SMTP config, create a template, import a CSV with contacts and then bulk send 15 emails at once all by keeping the record of sent ones.

Nothing more, nothing less. Focus on finding leads and building, rather than writing every email manually or paying for bloated software just to do this.

Scripts worked, but I needed to share the management with non-technical folks.

Current options I found - I didn't like at all, overcomplicated and time consuming.

So, over the weekend I decided to build the simple OSS tool to help me achieve this and save time in the future.

The tool is built using SvelteKit as a weekend project; so, like any weekend project, the code is not the best or most performant, but it gets the job done.
