Hi, I'm Nico. I do CF/functional workouts on a regular basis and use timers to measure my progress. These workouts usually involve a few different blocks, with different types of timers and rest in between. I couldn't find an app that would allow me to set it and forget it so I went ahead and built it myself. I soon realized entering the blocks by hand is a bit tedious, so I added coach Woddie, which allows the users to talk to set up the time and also to get recommendations for workouts of a specific duration, style, etc.
