Interview scoring app because our feedback was just Slack vibes

Built this because every company I've worked at had the same problem: engineers doing technical interviews with zero tooling. Feedback was a Slack message like "strong typescript, communicates weirdly." Comparing candidates across interviewers? Forget it.

It scores candidates across 6 categories, each with 4 sub-competencies rated 1-4. Export a markdown scorecard when you're done. No backend, no signup, nothing leaves your browser. The categories are opinionated — curious if they match how other people evaluate technical candidates or if I'm missing something.
