I built another simple desktop GUI utility to track and download the latest specifications from the 3GPP.

It downloads 3GPP specification documents, extracts the zip files, and saves them to a pre-designated folder.

previous chrome extension only supported PDFs, but this app can download specifications in Word format as well. Feel free to choose the version you need.
