Self hosted video feed for children
Vertical TikTok-style feed for family videos using Go and ffmpeg transcoding pipeline.
BeePub is a self-hosted ebook library and reader for EPUB collections. It can serve as a modern alternative to calibre-web, while also working as a standalone library for users who do not run Calibre.
Finally beats calibre-web with native iOS app and proper vertical CJK text rendering.

It's fully compatible with Calibre — that's how I run it myself: my books still live in a Calibre library, and BeePub just points at it and stays in sync (read-only; Calibre remains the source of truth). Same as calibre-web.
I've put a lot of work into CJK / Traditional Chinese support (including vertical text), and into manga EPUBs. There's also a native app built with Capacitor, currently on TestFlight (iOS). It also speaks OPDS and KOReader progress sync (kosync), so it plays nicely with e-ink readers.
If you're curious, play with it at https://demo.beepub.app (login: demo / demodemo — the data resets every 6 hours).
This is a project I dogfood every single day, so expect it to keep getting updates!

Smart collections auto-organize articles—but Pocket and Instapaper already solved read-it-later friction.
Lightweight Rust TUI that works with existing Calibre libraries; instant search beats Calibre's sluggishness.
Rotation-invariant calibration that stays zero when you rotate the phone — most apps fail this.
Paginated reader mode with EPUB export when Firefox Reader only scrolls.
Tappable YouTube subtitles and Kokoro AI audio make this a strong Pleco alternative.
