AI Analysis

Mid

Safari CLI for LLM agents, but setup and scope feel narrow and experimental.

Strengths
  • Solves a real friction point: Safari debugging inside AI agent workflows without MCP
  • Avoids organizational MCP restrictions with direct Safari automation
Weaknesses
  • Extremely narrow use case—macOS only, Safari-specific, no public docs or examples shown
  • npm page blocked by Cloudflare; unclear if this is production-ready or early POC
Target Audience

Frontend developers using AI agents, Safari-specific debugging workflows

Post Description

Hello HN!

I built this tool to help my agentic software development (vibe coding) workflow.

I wanted to debug Safari specific frontend bugs using copilot CLI, however MCP servers are disabled in my organisation. Therefore I built this CLI tool to give the LLM agent control over the browser.

Hope you'll find it useful!
